- End-to-end Recruitment: Start from candidate sourcing, interviews, hiring and including career fair events
- Oversee & handle the application of Foreign Knowledge Workers (FKWs), Renewals, Special passes and Visa
- Liaise and maintain relationships with government bodies, MOHR, HRDF, Perkeso, MDEC and etc
- Oversee and handle Employees onboarding, offboarding and retention
- Oversee planning of employee engagement activities, any company events related to social activities, CSR & branding events.
- Handle and attend to employee requests, problems and provide counselling where necessary
- Responsible for employees’ salary sheet and payroll
- Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and personal records.
- Review, update and maintain proper filing of employee and other documents & databases
- Assist in employees training and development
- Assist HOD in other areas of People and Operations
What We’d Like to See in the Candidate
- Junior: Fresh graduates or 1 - 2 years of experience in software project implementation and related fields.
- Manager: Minimum 7 years of professional experience coding in any JavaScript framework, preferably ReactJS.
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Administration or any equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
- Energetic, positive & pro-active attitude
- Ability to write and communicate effectively & professionally
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Forward thinking and hungry for self-development
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
