Manage all aspects of corporate / financial / accounting functions, inclusive of capital raising, financial planning, budgetary controls, treasury management, and tax planning
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including audit, tax matters, and any other corporate governance
Manage operational budgets and company cashflow to ensure the set goals are achieved and cost objectives are met
Manage cash flow projections of the company, and to control collections and payment schedules
Manage and review audited accounts and to ensure all audit findings points are promptly resolved
Assist the executive leadership in fundraising and due diligence activities
What We’d Like to See in the Candidate
Experience: Minimum 6 years of work experience in the banking, finance, accounting, and/or investment fields
Assist the executive leadership in fundraising and due diligence activities
Tertiary qualification in business, banking, finance, accounting and/ investment
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
The ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Results-driven, responsible, and dependable, with a strong sense of urgency
